Dual channel issue I5 13600K

When I put 2 Ram sticks, my pc wont show any display, but when i put one in the 4th socket, everything works fine. Both of my ram sticks works, i tried to buy another motherboard but nothing works, i went to the repair center and they said it was my cpu

It would be easy enough for the repair shop to verify by testing with another processor.
