E cores on my 13900k don't work at all

Motherboard msi z790 carbon wifi with the latest Bios version

i9 13900k 

all cores activated in bios but E cores don't work at all and don't appear in windows !

For me to address this properly, please share the information below.

1. Were you able to see the E cores previously?

2. Did you make any recent changes to the system?

3. Have you performed any troubleshooting steps?

4. Attach a photo of what you are seeing on BIOS.

4. Run XTU stress test and attach the report.

Please generate SSU report if possible for me to check your system components and configuration.
