Hello,
I'm having some troubles with my CPUs so I'd like to send it to you to have it fixed but the problem is I can't find it on the warranty list. The only options to choose are:
-BOXED INTEL® XEON® PROCESSOR E5-2640 (15M CACHE, 2.50 GHZ) FC-LGA10
-BOXED INTEL® XEON® PROCESSOR E5-2640 V3 (20M CACHE, 2.60 GHZ) FC-LGA12A
Acording to your identify tool the name of my CPU is: BOXED INTEL® XEON® PROCESSOR E5-2640 V2 (20M CACHE, 2.00 GHZ) FC-LGA12A
Is there a chance somebody could help me?

In order to replace your Xeon processor, please contact our warranty team or you can also submit a web ticket to request an RMA.
Bear in mind that the product needs to be under warranty in order to be replaced.
