Dear Intel Support,
I am experiencing performance issues with significant FPS drops while playing CS2. My current setup is as follows:
CPU: Intel Core i7-14700KF
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15
Storage: Samsung 990 PRO 1TB
RAM: Kingston FURY 32GB KIT DDR4 3200 MHz CL16 Beast Black
Motherboard: GIGABYTE B760 GAMING X DDR4
Case: Fractal Design Pop Air RGB
For example, while standing at spawn, I get around 400–600 FPS. However, as soon as I move, FPS drops to around 200, and during smokes it can go as low as 140 FPS. This happens even when playing on the lowest in-game settings and 4:3 resolution – there is no noticeable improvement.
Do you have any advice on how to resolve this issue?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,

Since you have an F processor, you are using someone's graphic card. And you did not specify if you have the bios and drivers updated and what OS you are using.
Better yet, So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.
