Hi Zurab ,

I advise you to check if cooler is mounted correctly on the CPU, and to do a bios update from this page and read all the notes from each bios version because there is tool that they recommend to use.

Are you using a custom cooler or the Intel default ?

It will be a good practice to add new thermal material after reseating the fan and heatsink.

You can request new thermal material by contacting the processor support team at http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-support.html Contact Support

Allan.
