I contains the memory specifications.

 

I would check the qualified vendors list for the motherboard where you use this processor.

i chek my motherboard (ASRock H81M-VG4 rev.2) and saw, RAM Kingston DDR3 8GB KVR16N11/8 in list there are.  More over i asked support company Kingston, does the RAM Kingston DDR3 8GB KVR16N11/8  work with the processor G1840. They answer 'YES'.

But PC dont work with this RAM

Try a different memory manufacturer.

RAM could be bad.

Processor could be bad.

Board could be bad.

 

Board/BIOS may not support the processor.  Have you checked processor compatibility?
