Eu tenho um processador que eu comprei novo de um amigo que se arrependeu da compra mas a nota fiscal está no nome dele, eu consigo a garantia mesmo com a nota fiscal não estando no meu nome?

No, the warranty is for the original purchaser only.

Why do you need a warranty?
