Good cpu temps for my I713700kf

Anybody know what temps are good and won't affect my cpu long term?

I am a hardcore gamer and play anything from COD to Fortnite to Elden Ring.

What temps are good for long gaming sessions for hours at a time?Like temps that won't affect my cpu long term I mean.

Anybody can help?
Also what peaks are safe? Like both consistently and split second peaks?
