I've created a bootable USB to install windows but it never starts rather fails with message 0xc000000d stating that the boot configuration data for your PC is missing or contains errors.
Cannot seem to find a fix. FWIW, I am using Ventoy to create a bootable USB because the only other system I have at the moment is a chromebook

first, what model stick?
Second, find a pc and use the windows media site to create your install usb.

If you want a chance at installing, you will find a windows pc and make the install media from the link I provided.
Note that you want to install W10 32-bit.
