Help with Intel i7-14700K

Hello there. Firstly i want to apologise for my bad english. I just bought my new gaming PC. Im using The FD Meshify 3 XL Ambient Pro RGB case with 3 front intake 3 top exhaust and 1 rear exhaust. Motherboard is Asrock Z790 Nova WiFI and Intel i7-14700K with Noctua NH-D15 Chromax Black. I think everything is running on default in BIOS but im getting temps like 95-100 degrees. In bios it was chosen Water Cooling unlimited and i set it to Air Cooling 125W and PL1 125. PL2 was unlimited and i tried 253,230,188 and its the same thing. I used strees test with Intel Base Power Limit Settings Enabled. Can you please give me a step by step guide what can i do?PC is brand new on 1 week and the shop build it for me,its not the first PC from them. But im a bit scared using it with those temps. Im using it for gaming only.

You should talk to the shop in the first instance and ask them if the temperatures are correct. It is a newly built system and it could be that the CPU cooler is not working correctly. It may be necessary to return the computer to the shop for checking and/or rectification.

Cooler is working ok. I already returned to shop to add the 3 extra top exhaust fans. CPU cooler is in default settings and no one tries to help me configure them
