Hi So I changed motherboard, everything is running properly but I have a problem, I changed the thermal paste, the thing is when my cpu is at 20% usage the temperature go up to 60 degrees when I alt tab my game, before it was not like that and the fan go vrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, my thermal paste is 4W/mK.
My CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.19 GHz
My GPU: GTX 1060
My motherboard: MSI B360M MORTAR
RAM: 16go
