Hola! tengo un procesador Intel Celeron N3060 1.60 GHz, pero mi procesador cuando entro a google o a algun juego no va mas de 0.60 Ghz y el GPU muestras que solo usa un 1%. ¿Que puedo hacer para solucionar esto?
