How Can I Turbo Boost Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4710HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz?

I have discovered that my current processor is available to upgrade up to 3.4GHz. But the problem is, I do not know how to do it. I have entered BIOS mode, but it does not have the settings to enable turbo boost.

I have Windows 8.1 64-bit.
