How do I Turbo-Boost the Intel Core i7 4510U?

I recently got a new laptop with an Intel Core 'Haswell' i7 4510U

It runs at a stock base at 2.0 GHz but it has Intel Turbo-Boosting potential to 3.1 GHz.

I want to know how I can turbo boost this processor to get maximum efficiency.

I already tried going into the UEFI BIOS but couldn't find anything.

System Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7 4510U @ 2.0 GHZ (3.1 GHz with Turbo-Boosting)

GPU: Nvidia Geforce 840M 2GB DDR3

RAM: 8GB

HD: 1TB SSHD

Consumer: Asus (Asus X555LN)
