How do I flash my bios on my Intel® Core™ i5-8350U?

I bought a used Intel® Core™ i5-8350U and would like to flash my BIOS for security reasons.
Where can I get the necessary software or driver? I have already looked on the internet and on the Intel website but unfortunately I have not found anything.
And what is the safest way to do this so that I can still use the processor afterwards?

Your motherboard/system manufactuirer provides the bios for their board.
