How do I identify your CPUs with integrated graphics

I'm considering building a mini PC with a CPU with integrated graphics.

How do I identify your CPUs that have integrated graphics?

You also have 3 or 4 types of graphics chips.

Only those with an "F" suffix do NOT have graphics.

What do the different suffixes mean - H, E, U, L, F? Why do some have 2 suffixes like UL? "F" means no graphics.
