Varies ... with cross shipping, where I prepaid Intel for a new processor and they shipped a new one right away, it took less than a week for the whole back and forth with intel personnel. Shipping  was 24hours overnight. I retuned the bad CPU and was refunded for it.

Others claim RMA took over a month, so your mileage could vary.
