How to Reach Out Directly to a Support Resource?

I have been in the RMA process for my i9-13900k CPU for over a month now, getting as far as returning my CPU and Intel acknowledging receipt of it.  However, despite the 1-3 business day description in the RMA emails, it's now business day 6 in the process and I have had no communication from support about its status.  I realize that Intel is handling an unusually high number of RMA requests right about now, but I'd just like an acknowledgement that the process is continuing or at least an update occasionally.

 

So, outside of updating the support ticket and replying to the last email that was sent to me, is there a way to reach out directly to the support person who's handling my case for an update?
