I am not russian and not living in Russia Federation or Belarus but I can't check Intel products

I am from Kazakhstan. And I can't check Intel products. Please what can i do?

What exactly is your problem?   A photo in another language does not help.

Provide detailed information.

If you are trying to use the Driver and Support Assistant, explain what is happening.

Also, you do not need the Driver and Support Assistant.  You can update your drivers manually.
