I can't install xtu

I can't install XTU

I uninstalled XTU a while back. But when i want to install it back it gives me the error: "Another flavor of the XTU application is installed. Uninstall the following from Add/Remove programs" but when i check the remove programs, i coudnt find it and now i cant install it back on my pc. my cpu is I9 13900HX.

Removing XTU using Add/Remove programs may leave remnants that interfere with a new install. There is a full description of how to completely remove XTU on this Intel page .
