BLUE SCREENS

Since I replaced the processor, motherboard, cooling system, and memory in my main work computer to achieve better results while working on wedding photos, which is my profession, the computer crashes regularly. I receive blue screens all the time, even during very simple tasks like transferring photos from the SSD to the internal hard drive.

I invested a lot of money in switching the system from AMD to Intel, thinking my life would become easier. I was very wrong!!

I am very knowledgeable about computers and how to fix errors and install drivers. I've done everything—absolutely everything! BIOS updates, Windows updates, and basic settings that should work without a hitch.

I am using the 14900K processor with a Z790 Gigabyte motherboard.

I am requesting unequivocally for some form of compensation or a replacement of the processor. I can't work and am losing money this way.

I am located in Israel and I am seeking a solution. Please respond as quickly as possible.

4 Days Later – Update

Nothing has changed, except that a representative who contacted me understood the issue and apologized for the inconvenience.

The process is stuck because I can't find the receipt for the processor purchase, which was made on Intel's website.

Yes, I know it's important… but still, no one has done anything to help me locate the receipt—despite the fact that the purchase was made on their own website.

I even attached screenshots with:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Date & time
  • Address
  • And all the other details Intel would need to find this receipt in seconds.

And yet… nothing.
Just the same response: "We can’t proceed without the receipt."

Seriously!?
Does that seem reasonable to you!? 🤨
