I will need more information, please provide me with the model of the processor as well as the software that you require, you mentioned performance tuning utility but we do not have a software like that, what we have is Intel ® Extreme Tuning Utility and Intel ® Turbo Boost 3.0.

There is no Linux version of the Intel ® Processor Diagnostic Tool. We only have it for Windows. You can find more information in the link below:
