I7 13700f undervolt

Hello,

I'm writting this to ask how can I safely undervolt my I7 1300f due to problems that most people already knows.

In my case specifically I use a Water cooler (NZXT kraken 240mm) and my processor temperature can exceed 80C when under high load, thankfully though this only happens on benchmarks since the games I play usually are light on the CPU.

So in hopes to reduce the heat produced in the CPU I would like to have a step by step guide on how to undervolt the processor. My motherboard is a ASRock z690 Phantom Gaming 4/D5

Hello TheVoid-0,

I wanted to share some important information regarding the recommended Intel Default Settings for Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen (K/KF/KS) desktop processors. These settings have been developed based on extensive testing and validation to ensure optimal stability and reliability. However, please note that system performance is dependent on various configurations and factors.

Before applying these settings, we strongly recommend contacting your motherboard manufacturer for additional assistance. This will help ensure compatibility and optimal performance for your specific setup.
