Merci d'avance,
Cordialement,

I do understand the apologize for the issues you're experiencing on your system while playing "Clair Obscur: Expedition 33", To better assist you and determine the most appropriate resolution, could you please provide the needed details listed below.
- May I know if the game is working fine before? if yes, what are the changes on the system that started the issue?
- Can you provide the exact error message on English? This will help me further understand the root cause of the issue.
- Have you tried using different driver versions?
- Have you tried reinstalling the game?
- Did you perform a clean installation when installing the latest graphics drivers?
Best regards,

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
I will try to speack english if its better ^^
So installation is ok because i made it on steam and i also try reinstall and to fix the file of the game.
I was not able to play the game before; i never can really load the game because this error appear at the launch of the game.
I have try some solution but its not really funny ^^'
i can play the game with compatibility " windows 7" but at some point i have black screen and never can launch the game again without a black screen.
i can play the game with directx 11 instead of later but in cinematic scene i have red screen due to this .
The error message is in english, i try to repost it in a better way. You can see " The CPU (Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700k) may be unstable"
For the drivers of my graphic card i delete the old before install the new by the nvidia app.
I wish my reply could help you ^^

Hello Lyaly,
I appreciate you sharing this useful information with us.
No worries, I will further check on this, I have a few more questions relating to the issue:
- Have you tried disabling your iGPU on the BIOS? so we can check if it's the CPU iGPU that's causing the issue.
- You can also try using the iGPU to launch the game for testing. So, we can see if it will not crash the game.
- Can you also share us the game settings you're using while playing "Clair Obscur: Expedition 33".
Best regards,
Earl E.
