I7-5500U

When I run Microsoft PC check to see if I can upgrade from Windows 10 home to Windows11 it indicates I7-5500U is not compatible for upgrade. When you go to list of supported processors for Windows 11 the I7-5500U shows up in the list.  Why is this processor not compatible?
