I7 950 + asus sabertooth issue

Hey guys i just upgraded to an i7 with a asus sabertooth mobo. I just started up cpu-z and it is showing that i only have 1 core. What a bout task manager, does it show the same thing?

have u tried a clear cmos and bios update?

yes I have it shows 2 cores in task manager but it does show 4 in device manager. so not too sure what it is
