IDT test give "IMC - Fail"

Intel® Core™ i5-4210M Processor

I have tried running intel diagnostic tool and it five fail on IMC. What is IMC? How to fix this?

Could you please attach the report from the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool?

To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" in the top right corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear in the bottom right corner of the response box.
