IPDT Download Freezes Every Time

Whenever I click the link to download the source code or the 64 bit IPDT installer, the page locks up. No windows pop up and I cannot scroll up or down. All I can do is refresh the page and try again with the same result.

What browser, what OS?

I just did it with firefox on w11 and it worked as it should.
