I have gone through specs for a workstation which states that it has Intel core ultra 7 165H processor with intel arc pro integrated gpu. I want to understand 1) whether this is the only igpu available with this particular CPU as there was no mention of a series or a version for this igpu 2) What is the difference between intel arc and Intel arc pro? 3) Any are the spec details for this igpu.

The full specification for the Intel Core Ultra 7 165H processor can be found here .
There is only one iGPU for this processor which is an Intel Arc unit that has 8 Xe-cores that run at a maximum frequency of 2.3GHz. Bear in mind that an iGPU is part of the processor. It uses the normal system memory so that memory speed and particularly dual-channel memory can make a difference to graphics performance.
In addition to the iGPU a mobile PC can also have a graphics GPU such as the Intel Arc Pro. This is a separate chip that includes its own dedicated graphics memory, and will give a a significantly higher level of graphics performance than just the iGPU on its own.
Windows 11 can utilise a 165H iGPU and an Intel Arc Pro combination. Typically the iGPU is used for the less demanding tasks and the Arc Pro for the most demanding tasks. It is the most efficient way of operation and helps reduce power consumption to a minimum.
