Hello,
Ive been having stability issues with my new 14600K processor.
Usually it happens while playing game, but once happened even after fresh booting computer and opening an internet browser. I should have updated bios to the latest by IT technician. What can I do to adress this issue? In the attachment is scan with Intel System Support Utility.
Thank you in advance.
Michal

Hi Michal7,
Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. To assist us in investigating the issue, please provide the following details:
- Is the system working properly before?
- Is this system newly assembled?
- Was it custom-built or purchased prebuilt?
- What is the exact Issue (Crashing, BSOD, Others)?
- Any recent changes made on the system before you encountered the issue?
- Was the processor Overclocked?
- Any other troubleshooting steps performed to attempt to resolve the issue?
- Have you already tried swap testing using an identical or compatible motherboard or processor. If so, kindly share the exact model of the processor or motherboard used for testing.
Additionally, after reviewing the BIOS version on your motherboard, I noticed that there is an available update from the manufacturer. Could you please try updating your BIOS to the latest version and enable the "Intel Default Settings" on BIOS? Once you’ve completed the update, kindly let me know if the issue persists.
The reason for this update is that Intel recently released Microcode 0x12F, which helps improve system stability by addressing Vmin Shift issues in Intel 13th and 14th Gen processors.
You can download the latest BIOS version here:

If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,
