Instability issues on my 13900k. Unable to submit support request for it.

Tried submitting the request 3 times, but it was stuck loading all 3 times. Posting all the details here instead.

Regular crashes started some number of months ago, but vaguely got more frequent. On bad days, it crashes over 5 times. More often crashes while idle. Same components with different CPU doesn't crash like this.

Bios: American Megatrends Inc. 1820 5/15/2025
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws S5 32GB

Batch: X252N596

Attached screenshot is of the support ticket that's stuck loading every time I try to submit it.

Hi @JayeshCK

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I’ll be creating a new support ticket on my end to ensure this issue is properly addressed. Additionally, I’ll coordinate the concern regarding the difficulty in filing a web ticket to the appropriate team.

Please don’t worry, I’m here to assist you. You can expect a follow-up communication via email within the day with further guidance and support.

@n_scott_pearson @AlHill @Kalki  Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I appreciate it.

Best regards,

If you're asking for a replacement, you need to contact Intel Customer Support *directly*.. Posting here doesn't make this happen (especially not with the potty mouth).
Follow the documentation at the bottom of the support pages for information regarding means for contacting them directly.

How can I contact Intel customer support when my support tickets aren't going through and I can't find a number or email? The text bot is also useless and there is no other option I see on the Intel website. Everywhere I go, I just get directed to the support ticket that aren't going through.

Are you blind? Did you even read the post?? My reply is useless to the OG post but somehow you've managed to be worse. Don't reply if you cannot comprehend elementary level English fam. He clearly says he tried all the official channels. Multiple times even. What are you even waffling about! Holy...

"Aren't going through" - Please fully explain exactly what does and doesn't happen. Where does it get "stuck loading"?

At the screenshot after clicking the submit button. It's just perma stuck loading. No idea why. I tried removing all attachments and resubmitting to no avail.
