Tried submitting the request 3 times, but it was stuck loading all 3 times. Posting all the details here instead.
Regular crashes started some number of months ago, but vaguely got more frequent. On bad days, it crashes over 5 times. More often crashes while idle. Same components with different CPU doesn't crash like this.

Hi @JayeshCK
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I’ll be creating a new support ticket on my end to ensure this issue is properly addressed. Additionally, I’ll coordinate the concern regarding the difficulty in filing a web ticket to the appropriate team.
Please don’t worry, I’m here to assist you. You can expect a follow-up communication via email within the day with further guidance and support.
@n_scott_pearson @AlHill @Kalki Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I appreciate it.
Best regards,

How can I contact Intel customer support when my support tickets aren't going through and I can't find a number or email? The text bot is also useless and there is no other option I see on the Intel website. Everywhere I go, I just get directed to the support ticket that aren't going through.
