Dear Intel,
i accidently broke my Intel 13900K during the delitting process. I aware that i void the Intels warranty and that delitting a CPU is not recommended by Intel.
I also bought a brandnew 14900k and the delitting of this CPU worked very well.
I just found a local SMD repair shop which could solder the missing ressistors / capacitors - but not sure which one to choose.
I really want to save this CPU so i could gift it to the new Built of my Brothers PC.
Thanks in advance - Daniel.

Putting your CPU on fire is not recommended in increasing its performance, you can use however Intel XTU in optimizing the performance but out of curiosity, could you please share the benefits you got out of doing this?

Good Morning Yuki,
the reason why i decided for a direct DIE Watercooling was to get better performance also in a NON OC scenario.
I built a Custom Water Cooling with all EKWB Components and gained a 10° C temperature improvement compared to cooling the CPU with the Intel IHS on the CPU.
The deliding process of the Intel CPU is quiet straight forward if you following the instructions and the right deliding tool - engineered by der 8auer. I made the mistake to take myself to less time to read the EK's manual - you have to turnaround the upper platte of the tool when moving back the IHS - otherwise you will destroy your CPU and cut off the SMD components which was the case with my first try
here are some links to the process, products and tools i used:

Disclamer: you will completly void your warranty if you remove the Intel IHS from the CPU!!! At my Side i lost around 600 € when i destroyed my 13900K.
