Hello Intel,
I have recently acquired a computer with an ASUS Maximus Dark Hero Z790 motherboard and an Intel 14900KS processor, the processor after updating the BIOS of the motherboard according to Intel specifications for this processor does not even reach 6.0 Ghz, and in all the performance tests are far below the previous generation Intel i9 13900K.
Some questions for intel:
Where are the 6.2 Ghz that the specifications of the 14900KS processor show?
What is Intel's solution for this going to be?
Will Intel give me my money back?
Please, we need a solution for this!!!!
Thanks.

@Lorvader Thanks for raising this concern with Intel Support. I'm also in a similar situation as you are in that I also purchased a 14900KS with the expectation of building a system that would achieve a 6.2 ghz clock speeds with Intel's Boost tech as advertised.
@RamyerM_Intel Hello and thanks for your support.
Where my issue may diverge from @Lorvader is that I was getting the expected 6200 mhz on P-Cores #4 & #5 with microcode 0x129 Bios updates which was delivered through version 2503 Bios for Asus's ROG Strix Z-790 - A Gaming Wi-fi DDR5 MB using a Lian Li Hydroshift 360 AIO cooling solution with 3 x Lian Li UNI Fan TL LCD 120 Reverse Blade ARGB Fans - Rad Push (Intake) and
3 x Lian Li ARGB Fans - Rad Pull Intake.
See attached HWinfo screenshot below for 0x129 R23 test
However, since the latest microcode 0x12B updates delivered through Asus Bios Update version 2602 , HWinfo shows both P-Cores #4 & #5 now at 5900 mhz and no longer hitting 6100 - 6200 mhz. See below screenshots
Thoughts on how to resolve please?
Cheers.
