Intel 24 Core i9 14900K

Intel 24 Core i9 14900K thermal throttles power throttles EDP throttles. I've tried everything to fix. the motherboard BIOS IS UP to date.  I bought the CPU on 
28 March 2025. I'm waiting to Friday then I'm going AMD. 
 
fan 6 intake 4 fans exhaust
 
playing cyberpunk CPU GET TO 70C IS OK
 
run benchmark package TDP 252.9W GO RED SCORE 12513
 
WHEN RUN EXTREME TUNING UTILLITY power throttled CPU CURRENT throttled 
 
idle temperature about 41c

corsair dominator titanium 6000mhz DDR5

  • When did the issue start?
  • What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far other than BIOS update?
  • Did you overclock the processor?
  • Did you apply Intel Default Settings?
  • Is there any physical damage?

 

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. Intel customers using 13th and 14th Generation Intel® Core™ i7 and i9 desktop processors have reported frequent OS and application hangs and errors. These issues mainly affect enthusiast/gaming systems with commercial ODM motherboards and OEM workstations. Intel has identified the problem as a Vmin Shift Instability in the IA core's clock tree circuit, which is susceptible to reliability aging under high voltage and temperature. This can cause a duty cycle shift in the clocks, leading to system instability.
