Hi daniel337337,
Thank you for the feedback.
Intel customers using 13th and 14th Generation Intel® Core™ i7 and i9 desktop processors have reported frequent OS and application hangs and errors. These issues mainly affect enthusiast/gaming systems with commercial ODM motherboards and OEM workstations. Intel has identified the problem as a Vmin Shift Instability in the IA core's clock tree circuit, which is susceptible to reliability aging under high voltage and temperature. This can cause a duty cycle shift in the clocks, leading to system instability.
If you need further support, please let me know or respond to the email that I sent you. Thank you.
Best regards,
Archie D.
