Intel Atom N330 Processor states

Hi,

I am using Intel Atom N330 under Ubuntu. In the ACPI management, I see only one processing state (i.e. C1 state). Does Intel Atom N330 supports only one processing state? Furthermore, I know that Intel Atom N330 does not support dynamic frequency and voltage scaling. But it does provide 8 throttling states. Do these states correspond to different frequency and voltage?
