Yes, it is compatible. The Intel* BXRTS2011LC Liquid cooling Solution works on all LGA1155, LGA1156, LGA1150, LGA2011 and LGA1366.

Good to know. Would anyone know off hand the length of the screws that come packaged with the cooler? I can't seem to find out anywhere.
