Intel Core i3 2350M Sandy Bridge Upgrade?

Hey everybody!

And i think that the best choice to do it is i72 2620M or i7 2640M 'cause those processors are Socket compatible, all processors shares TDP, and other things. My question is, all those processors that are listed in the webpage are available for PGA988 (Socket G2)?

What would happen if i decide to go for Core i7-2760QM which has a 45W TDP?

Before you do anything, you must contact Samsung and ask them which processors are compatible with their bios. A replacement processor must be socket AND BIOS compatible before you attempt an upgrade. And that is only possible if the existing processor is not soldered to the motherboard.

Once Samsung tells you which processors their bios supports, then you can select from those processors.

Yes, that would be correct, you need to check this type of compatibility that depends on the computer manufacturer, BIOS, chipset, socket.
