Where can I find it? I've been going up and down through the download center and every time I think I've found it it points me to Intel's stupid Download Utility that never works. Why is it so damn hard to find a manual driver setup? ._.

Thanks for joining the processor community.
I am sorry to hear that you have had issues with the Intel web site trying to download Intel drivers.
As per processor specifications, this is Intel® HD Graphics first generation. The driver is available at this URL: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProdId=3231 Intel® Download Center
Please filter by operating system and try to install the driver when it finishes downloading, to verify that your system will accept it.

I got the Win7 64bit version since there isn't one for Win8 and it doesn't work.

If you currently installed Windows 8 on Intel® HD Graphics first generation, the driver for Windows 7 will not work.
Win8 drivers for your graphics controller are provided by Microsoft through Windows Update tool.
See the following URL for operating system support: http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-034343.htm Graphics Drivers — Supported operating systems

Ok I've seen it, now what?
Look my problem is that I want to disable my integrated graphics cause I having issues with a program which I think may be running on Intel graphics instead of my GeForce graphics card. But I have no way of doing that since it's not showing up in the Device Manager. I thought the cause of it might be a driver I'm missing. I already have the latest motherboard driver, don't I need one for the CPU as well?

Sorry to hear you still have same problem. You need to check with your motherboard maker for any BIOS settings in order to disable on-board graphics. However, once you installed an external video card, the on-board graphics solution gets disabled electronically.
