Intel Core i7 10700k Causing Issues

Hello, 

 

I recently switched over from AMD, I loved it but I wanted to get the highest speeds possible so I switched from a Ryzen 7 3700X to an I7 10700K and now I'm having some issues. I want to overclock it, I have a aorus 490 elite.

My idle temps are 38 degrees to 41. But when trying to do an OC in XTU i'm hitting 100 degrees. I only tried the speed optimizer in XTU and thats where I got over 100 degrees at 4.9 clock speed.

How should I overclock this cpu? how can I get the most out of this chip?
