I would like to know if the is compatible with these mother boards

ASUS Maximus V FORMULA LGA 1155 Intel and/or ASUS P8P67 WS Revolution Intel LGA1155 Platform?

Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated,

Unfortunately they are not compatible since the processor supports socket LGA2011 and the motherboards LGA1155.
