Intel Core i7 720qm - anybody with experience of heat?

As the headline says, is there anybody outthere with a notebook with the i7 720qm processor in? And can you tell me about the heat and noise while playing games like CS:S or CoD:MW2

To be precise - anybody with the Dell Studio XPS 16?

I'm running a Studio 16 XPS with an I7-720QM... We're in the same position and I'm looking for an Intel utility to measure core temps but haven't gotten replies yet. Currenly , I use a Belkkin cooling pad with one fan... Helps drop temp about 5 degrees, reduces laptop cooling fan operation alot..... But isn't a valid fix in my mind. They should be designed to be cooled properly. Maybe they are but I can't find any specs on safe operating temps, I'm calling Intel support on Monday.
