Recently reinstalled win11 and thus had to also reinstall IDSA. After installing, I was able to perform a scan and see that I had three updates available. So I clicked tried to click "Download (All)" to update my software. At first I was unable to initiate the process as I could not click the button or most of the other links on the page. After clicking this and that for a while I was able to click the DL button somehow. I was able to install the first update but now cannot access the other 2. I am viewing the page/app in MS Edge.
Any ideas why I cannot access?
*************************
Update: I just tried accessing via Chrome and was able to DL the updates. Originally, I was viewed the page/app in MS Edge. Would Edge prevent me from accessing? If so why?

I'm having the same problem, except using Chrome doesn't fix it for me and neither does Firefox. There are 2 updates available for download but clicking the download buttons does nothing.

Before using the Intel DSA, you should download manually and install the relevant Chipset Driver Software.

I'm having the exact same issue, except using Chrome doesn't fix it for me. I've tried Firefox as well and no luck. As of now, I'm unable to use any of the download links to download updates for my wifi or bluetooth drivers. Clicking on the download buttons does absolutely nothing.

The same thing happens here, the buttons don't work. I did a clean install of Windows 11, completed all system updates, but it just doesn't work. I'm using Edge, the latest version of the browser. As additional information, this failure in the download button functionality has been happening to me for months. Until now, one solution was to change the page language to Spanish, but that no longer works.
PS: Using Chrome solved the issue for me, but please, this shouldn't happen... so fix it. I use Edge for everything and I don't like to download other browsers to do a single task like this one.

I have absolutely no idea why, ..... but
my second Intel update suddenly decided to update iteself..
So if anyone here caused this - thank you.
Or if anyone here contacted Intel and they did it - thank you to both of you.

Have you tried dumping your cookies? I finally got the site to work in Edge but don’t know what really fixed it as i was trying all sorts of things. Dumping the cookies, was one of the last things i recall trying though.
