Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Settings missing from Power Options

On my laptop, "Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework" (IDPTF) menu on Power Options is missing, as it should be on the screenshot (obviously taken from another computer), where it was available before not long ago. I've alread checked the following Registry key at, but it's not there or anywhere else:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\PowerSettings\48df9d60-4f68-11dc-8314-0800200c9a66

Actually, it might also be named "Intel Dynamic Tuning" (IDT) or a similar moniker, which is the same technology, but revamped for newer (11th gen and later) Intel processors. I already checked driver download page for laptop model, and as expected there's no IDPTF driver there, only for IDT.

Is it possible to restore this menu by importing the corresponding Registry key from another laptop with the same CPU or recreate it manually? If so, could someone export and then upload this key?

Info:

laptop model: Samsung Book NP550XDA-KF2BR

CPU: Intel Core i5-1135G7 @ 2.4GHz

OS: Windows 10 Version 22H2 build 19045.3271
