Intel ETU issue

Good Evening, 

I am attempting to use the ETU to follow the guide by Marvel Rivals to lower my CPUs Performance Core Multiplier. 

I am receiving a error stating because the drivers are not present. Iv followed the recommendation i could find, and deleted all the intel drivers under Software components, still nothing.  I then downloaded SSU to scan but cannot submit that scan for what ever reason the page isn't loading.

Thank you for posting in the community. Are you referring to the Intel Extreme Utility? If so, are you experiencing issues with its installation? If possible, could you share a screenshot of the error message?
