Intel Extreme Tuning Utilities doesn't work

Hi. I've got some problems when I want to run XTU on my Acer Aspire E1-571 Win 8.1 64bit. After intallation when I want to start XTU, I see this screen. I don't have any another performance tuning apps on my PC, only system Control Panel Intel HD Graphic. Any ideas ?

The version of XTU posted on our web site is not listed as compatible with Microsoft* Windows* 8.1

Furthermore, this software is available for platforms that have a BIOS with support for overclocking using hardware that will also support these features, which does not seem to be the case for this Acer system you have.
