Intel Extreme Tuning Utility

Hello, 

 

It seems that the last version of ETU does not work on my computer. The previous one works without any problems. What can I do ? 

 

Mother board: MSI Z790 Tommawak 

BIOS: Last version available H90.

CPU: I5-13600K

Windows 11: 23H2

In reference to this scenario, please try to uninstall the Intel® XTU tool:

And install the latest one once again:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/17881/intel-extreme-tuning-utility-intel-xtu.html?wapkw=xtu

Hello,

Thanks for your help but same error after uninstall (+ manually unistallation of all the XTU files).

Do you have another solution?

We are sorry to hear the issue remains after trying the steps provided previously.

-Could you please provide more information about what you mean by the version is not working: 

Is not opening at all? 

Is there any feature missing?


-Do you have the option to provide pictures of the error that you are seeing?

In the original title of this thread, you mentioned "Intel Extreme Tuning Utility", but the picture you just shared belongs to "Intel® Speed Optimizer 2.0", which is a whole different application. 


Just to confirm, which one is it, "Intel Extreme Tuning Utility" or "Intel® Speed Optimizer 2.0"?

Intel® Speed Optimizer 2.0 is in Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. You will fiond enclosed a screenshot of the version which works perfectly.

We would like to let you know that we have been working on a way to restore the speed optimizer without releasing an update that users have to download. Intel® is working on restoring this issue as soon as possible.
