When I click on Intel Speed Optimizer 2.0 and click Optimize Now I get this error. It's been a while since I used it but it is updated to the latest firmware and my processor is supported.
Hey, sorry—do you have a binned processor with a K suffix? Or are you using a Z-series motherboard? I know it might sound obvious, but last time I saw someone I know trying to do the same thing with a 13900... xD
