Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. You can follow the steps that Microsoft provides to check your Windows 10* version:

The screenshot shows that you're running an older version of XTU, please follow the steps from our article:

After you uninstall the older version (If you wish to reinstall this program) you can download the latest version here:

What is your processor model number?

What version of Windows 10?  21H1?
