I have an ASrock RX6600 and the Intel extreme tuning is reporting it has 4 gig of ram on some launches and 2 gig on other, is this a known issue?

Hi BrianMackey2025,

Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum.

Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) may report incorrect values for non-Intel graphics cards because it is designed specifically for Intel hardware, leading to compatibility issues. It lacks support for AMD components, and its drivers may not accurately interpret data from non-Intel graphics cards. Additionally, if Intel XTU hasn't been updated for newer configurations, it might struggle with accurate reporting. For precise monitoring and tuning of non-Intel graphics cards, use software designed for hardware model.

Hi BrianMackey2025,

I would like to ask some questions to address your concerns correctly:

Have you tried checking Intel® Extreme Tunning Utility (Intel® XTU) Is Reporting Incorrect?

Have you tried clean installing the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility?

Is this working fine before?

If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you.

Best regards,
